We are doing all sorts of Valentine’s Day Activities with my toddlers lately and I wanted to share some with you! Grab the free printable at the end of the post if you’d like any of the pages shown throughout this post!
Symmetry Hearts
All you need for this one is paint and paper! Cut out a heart for your little one and let them paint one side of it. Then have them fold it in half and watch as their whole heart becomes painted!
Pretzel Treats
These were super easy to make with my little guy. All you need to do is melt some chocolate chips and dip the pretzels in them. Then have your toddler decorate them with sprinkles! They turn out super cute! Oh and be sure to put them in the fridge for 30 minutes once they are done so they set nicely.
Valentine’s Day Sensory Bin
We then used the leftover sprinkles from our pretzels and made a sensory bin with them. This was a big hit in our house! Little man played with it for a good 2 hours.
Mailbox Valentines
Another day we colored some valentines and made pretend mailboxes throughout the house. Then as little man made a valentine he would deliver it to a different mailbox. It turned out pretty cute!
Love Sign
This can be a super cute Valentine’s Day Craft for your toddler but you could also keep it up all year long! Use your little one’s handprint for the O and their footprints to make the V in love. It turns out as a super cute memory!
I Love You To Pieces
This is a fun one that your little one can do more independently. All you do is rip up some scrap paper, put some glue on the back and let them stick the paper wherever they would like! It would be a great craft to send to grandma and grandpa after.
